ordered a product that was on stock. was told I will get it delivered in 3 to 5 business days. Called the company after 8 days and representative told me that the product is not on stock and I should wait longer.it's been almost 3 weeks and no email about the product yet. I understand that sometimes things are not in stock but the company should let the customer know before they make a decision to purchase the product . besides that if the company is late with the delivery why nobody bothers to send an email about it and update about the situation.

Four days after placing my order (ok, I placed the order on New Year's Day), there is still no indication that it has shipped. When I made my purchase, the order form stated that the items were in stock and "usually ship out the same day". A call and an email inquiring about the shipment status have both gone unanswered. Due to the poor customer service, I would never do business with this company again and certainly would never recommend it.

I love this site because you can find just about anything. The majority of it is cheaper than you will find anywhere else. Trust me.... I look everywhere. Loyal customer for life.

First time order, got to me really fast and was exactly what I ordered. Even got a free sample of something! Definitely will be ordering again.

I placed my order on 12/19/15. As of 1/2/16 I still have not received my order. Worst service and shipping logistics of all supplement online retailers I have purchased from. Almost impossible to track your order since they hand it off from one parcel service to another. I was told 2 days ago by customer service that my order was in Orlando, FL (apr. 1 1/2 hours drive from my location) Still nothing! Even with holiday shipping delays this is unacceptable in todays online marketplace. I won't be back!

I ordered a product on their website that showed as in stock at the time of purchase. I was not notified until a week after I purchased the item and been charged for it that it was out of stock. I was told that it would be approximately 10 additional days before I would receive the product. I cancelled my order, and I will not purchase through them again.
