No follow up after booking of an order
I have recently booked an order from INDIA and I didn't even get shipping details and the tracking number of the product after I have booked. Only after myself following with live chat team I got a response of the tracking number. There is a lot of scope for improvement regarding international shipping.

I still have not received my parcel!
Where is my preworkout! Still haven't received it. Will I be notified if it will not be sent ?

HI, when shipping to Canada, it normally takes 7-10 business days as stated on our website, but looks like it has been at the customs border in Canada for longer than usual. We did ship it out the very next day. Unfortunately we have no control when it comes to customs.
