I've ordered from BPN for the past two years, both while home in the United States and deployed abroad from Japan to the Persian Gulf. Their service is incredibly fast and I've yet to be unsatisfied. I'd definitely recommend BPN to anyone.

Thank you Chad!

I ordered some pm fat burning pills and received the daily fat burner pills that would not work for sleeping. I called and was told that they were sorry and they would send me the correct ones and a return label for the incorrect ones even though I had tried a few. This is excellent customer service and I will buy from them again.

I placed my order and selected the basic shipping... (5-10 business days) and it has now been over 2 weeks and my product is nowhere to be found. There is no tracking available and I can't even see when the product shipped.

HI Jessica - It shipped out the very next day after you placed the order, but sometimes customs in Canada can hold it for longer than usual, which is out of our control. 99% of packages reach our customers in Canada within 5-10 business days, but sometimes it can take longer. I wanted to let you know that in December we are switching our carriers for Canada and should receive it much quicker than in the past.

I don't live in US and when I have ordered the pills I've told you if you will confirm the order, that phone is my vacation home and I don't be there, but you always canceled the order....impossible. You have my email and can send me a letter What can I do?
