I have absolutely no problem with the product. The price was very competitive and the quality of product is excellent. It took over two weeks to receive the item. I find it unacceptable to wait that long for a product promised in 3-5 days.

Hi Seirraa,
We looked into your order and you actually purchased the Global international Standard, not Priority Shipping. This is a cheaper option, but will take longer...7 to 15 business days. Also, you placed an order for HydroxyElite, which has 1,3 DMAA, which is illegal in your country. Normally it gets through customs, but it could cause longer than normal delays.
I hope this better explains why the package is taking a while to arrive.

Best Price Nutrition not for Indians
This was the first time i ordered anything from Best Price Nutrition and chose DHL as a Shipping method (which was very expensive as compared to what bodybuilding.com charges) which said that i should receive my pre workout in 12-24 days. Well its a month now and i have just received my supplement and i bought it at a discounted price however they still put the original price of $39.95 on the customs declaration due to which i had to pay 50% duty.
Best price nutrition never sent me a tracking number after they shipped my item and i had to follow up with them only then i was given a tracking number. Also when i asked what was the refund policy no one bothered to reply.
I have been ordering supplements regularly from Bodybuilding.com but i have never ever paid more than $8 shipping for a pre workout of the similar weight and i always receive my supplements on the 5th day after placing the order. The best part of ordering from bb.com for me is that i have NEVER paid customs duty on any of my supplements.
So after listing all the above reasons i would like to highlight that BPN is not recommended for Indians. i dont know how their service is to other countries but for shipping supplements to india this website is NOT recomended to anyone unless you want to wait for months, pay heavy shipping charges and then pay heavy penalties in the form of customs duty.

We had some issues with tracking numbers being sent out for a couple weeks, but it has finally been resolved.
The reason is has taken so long is that it was held up in customs. I am guessing you ordered from us because BB.com doesn't sell products with 1,3 DMAA, which is what you ordered with Blackstone Labs Dust Extreme. And that is probably why your orders usually get through customs so quickly. I am just assuming though. Products with 1,3 DMAA often have issues getting through the customs of other countries, which we are seeing with your order.
We ship dozens of packages to India each day with no issues, so it really depends on what is in the package. We will however be offering many more options in 2017. Our new site is almost completed and will have a ton more options for India.
As far as customs goes, we have to declare the regular price we sell those products for, not prices with coupon codes. This is in case customs checks. If they checked, they would not see your discounted price, but the price we declared. And the price you received it for was only 5% different than the declared price. If customs starts seeing companies changing declaration prices they can reject all shipments coming into that country, so we try to be honest as possible.
