We emailed you as well as left you a message. The item you ordered is on backorder and we do not know when it will be in stock again. We refunded you that same day. You should already see the refund back in your account. Sorry for the confusion.

Poor delivery. Had to dispute charges, package was not delivered as promised. Finally 2 weeks later after the dispute, I received the package.

Hi Lynava - I just want to explain what happened. You placed your order on Dec 9th, a Friday. One of the products stated it would not ship out for 1-2 business days. 2 business days was Tuesday, Dec 13th, which is when we shipped out your order. You received your order on Dec 19th, which was 5 business days, which is our common delivery time to Florida from Chicago. We do see you disputed the charges, but I just wanted to let you know that your order shipped out as planned, it just took longer due to the product you ordered stating it wouldn't ship out for 1-2 business days. The weekend is what caused the extra delay for the entire order. I hope this better explains things.
