Shipping and point system
Shipping is expensive to Canada! Shipping rate used to be offset by their point program that disappeared a while back! With the exchange and the other online site adjusting, unfortunately they're getting to be like everyone else!

Poor delivery of item
Poor delivery of item. I originally ordered express felivery,2-5 days. Had to order from different website a couple of days later and that arrived earlier.

Hi Kimberly, Looks like you placed your order on the 12th, which was a Saturday, so it shipped on Monday, the 14th. It arrived at your door on the 16th, so only 2 days delivery. You may not have known that we are closed on the weekend so it seemed like it took longer. Hope this helps. The Best Price Nutrition Team

We do apologize. Actually "Advanced Ginko Smart" was changed to just Ginko Smart. The ingredients are the same. We will update the picture and the name on our website. Manufacturers never update us when they update products, so it can sometimes take some time for us to see a name has changed on a product.
