Hi - We did email you, but we do apologize as it was about a week later. The product was discontinued and at the same time we were moving our offices and warehouse the entire week. We really do apologize about the confusion.

Hi Ioanna - We did state it on our website, but we were going through a warehouse/office move that entire week, so no orders shipped out. We do apologize for the confusion. Normally orders ship out same or next day, but because of this huge move, we shut down all shipping for the week. Hope this better explains it.

We do apologize. On our website we did state that we were moving offices that week, so we were unable to ship out products for an entire week due to the move. We do apologize about the confusion. It was a huge move for us.
