Poor communication and way too slow
Up til now I always used bestprice because shipments came quickly. Not this time. I ordered 3 items and none said delayed or out of stock. Waited over a week with no shipping email. Called them and was told out of product and should be a couple of days. Waited another week - called again and was told my order was sitting on a desk of an employee that went out of town. He was supposed to call me and let me know 2 out of 3 of my products were not coming in in flavor I ordered. Finally had to settle for flavors I didn’t want. Now been 17 days and still don’t have order. Wonder he long it would have taken if I didn’t call them twice. They never called me. Very disappointed. Will shop elsewhere from now on.

Great pricing, extremely disappointed with shipping
I placed an order on best price nutrition. The deal was amazing and could not be passed up. The order was placed on January 1st before 1:00 p.m. PST. Seeing that it was New Year's Day, I assumed a package would not be shipped until the following day. Fast forward to Friday, Jan. 3rd and the shipment had still not even had the label generated. On Saturday the shipment left their warehouse in CHI. USPS tracking showed my package was set to be delivered on Monday. On Monday, I received information that there was a delay and the shipment would not be received. Tuesday through Thursday the shipment was still showing in the Chicago area. Today Friday, Jan. 9th, the shipment was finally scanned in my state of Arizona. I hope that it's out for delivery tomorrow but at this point I may be waiting an additional week for my package to be delivered. Extremely disappointed up to this point. I just hope the product arrives in good condition and is the correct shipment.
