your free shipping takes to long and even when I have payed for it, I did not get it any earlier !!!
Response from BestpricenutritionJan 13, 2020
Hey, Clyde! We appreciate your business here at Best Price Nutrition. We're sorry for the shipping delay that you've experienced (we know how irritating that can be). We saw you placed your order on New Year's Day, is that correct? If so, we were unfortunately experiencing a backlog of orders from the Holiday rush, and that would've been why orders may have been a little bit delayed. With that being said, we see that you're a loyal customer & we've made a note in your account. On your next order you'll receive 10% off!! Once you're ready to order again, just call our customer service line (800-499-4810). We've already created a special code with your name on it!! Enjoy your day, and thanks again for shopping with us. 💪💪💪
