Love the cabinets. Great people to work with. I enjoyed assembling the RTA cabinets. Watch their Youtube videos to see how the cabinets go together. We bought the Malibu Dove White. Beautiful well made cabinets. Used their design team to get us started. Then I tweeked the design alittle bit because I was able to squeeze in another cabinet during install. All in all my Wife and I were very happy with using BOC.

Superb service & communication! Highly recommended! Don't hesitate to use this company. They kept us informed at every stage of the order process and were very easy to work with. Great quality cabinets as well.

Once the cabinets finally shipped they were sent to Canada, I live in the southwest United States. When they arrived at my home the pallet was a disaster. I repeatedly sent photos of the damaged cabinets and have yet to receive replacement parts. I work long hours six days a week and have to wait until my next vacation to follow-up on the replacement mess. Go elsewhere even if you pay more, you will pay for this company in time.

Hi Theresa, Thank you for the feedback. The shipment was never sent to Canada. There is a city in California called Ontario where the shipping company's terminal is located and from there, the shipment was sent to Las Vegas, NV. Apologies about the condition that the pallet arrived in. For any damages or issues, we have a detailed damage and replacement policy and all shipping damages are covered. Our last email correspondence was that you would be opening the rest of the boxes to let us know which parts are damaged and from what cabinet size. Once the information has been received, we can process the replacements needed and have it shipped to you asap.

The good the bad and the ugly. The ordering process, design was great. Follow through on logistics delivery, communication after the sale was 100% customer lead. In other words if we were not following up, we were hearing nothing. As it turned out, a pallet of our cabinets went to New Hampshire, we live in Colorado and took three weeks to get to us. All the time with us trying to find out where they were, when we would get them. If we didn't invest the time figuring this out we would still be waiting for the cabinets. Quality of the cabinets are good, care after the order, was terrible. There were some issue with a few of the cabinets but we just fixed them as sending them back would have put us 3 months behind.

Hi Anthony, Thank you for the review and we always appreciate the feedback as it helps us continuously improve. It was unfortunate that your second shipment was misdirected which was difficult to resolve quickly as we need to wait on the freight company. We were in constant communication with them daily to have the delivery made asap. Apologies our communication did not meet your expectation; we provided updates as soon as we received them from our shipping broker. For any damages or issues, we have detailed damage and replacement policy. It is not required or necessary to send the pieces back and replacements generally ship via UPS Ground and will be delivered much sooner compared to freight shipments.

We use the quality cabinets from Best on Line Cabinets on all of our projects. It’s great to work with RB from B.O.C His experience and knowledge of the products has helped us grow our business. RB actually answers his phone every time we call! I know that doesn’t like a big deal…. but it is. With service like this we can quickly move through design process and get the purchasing on multiple kitchen a week. I highly recommend B.O.C and Rb for all cabinet needs!! If i could give 10 stars I would! Terry Turchin RCA Construction and Abatement
