Dear Steven, Thank you for considering our RTA cabinets. Our goal is to offer high-quality products that are both cost-effective and practical. The major benefit of our RTA cabinets is their affordability, primarily due to the flat-box shipping. This design significantly reduces shipping costs, allowing us to offer our products at a more competitive price compared to pre-assembled options. We are also mindful of the assembly process and have taken steps to simplify it. Our recent improvements in documentation include a detailed breakdown list with each order, making it easier to identify which parts belong to which cabinet. This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the assembly process is as straightforward and efficient as possible. For those managing larger projects or multiple kitchens, we understand that each situation is unique. We want to assure you that we are always open to special requests and will do our utmost to accommodate your specific needs. Whether it’s providing additional support or tailored solutions, our team is dedicated to ensuring your experience with our products meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are continuously working to improve our products and services. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Best regards,

Hi Neal, We value your feedback and our sincerest apologies for inconvenience as providing high-quality customer service is one of our top priorities with delayed orders making no exception. Discounts unfortunately cannot be applied to special orders, however, since the order has surpassed our lead time we find it more than appropriate to offer a suitable reimbursement. We also offer a repeating customer discount which will automatically apply to all future orders placed under your account. Your current order is being closely monitored and will continue to be shipped by the end of this week. Again, we would like to apologize for the rather unfortunate first experience with our company. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any further feedback or questions that you may have.

Hi Cecilia, Thank you for the feedback and we sincerely apologize that your order could not be fulfilled due to inventory. The specific cabinet style ordered was low inventory in August and since then, our containers have arrived and many items are back in stock.

Hi Anthony, Thank you for the review and we always appreciate the feedback as it helps us continuously improve. It was unfortunate that your second shipment was misdirected which was difficult to resolve quickly as we need to wait on the freight company. We were in constant communication with them daily to have the delivery made asap. Apologies our communication did not meet your expectation; we provided updates as soon as we received them from our shipping broker. For any damages or issues, we have detailed damage and replacement policy. It is not required or necessary to send the pieces back and replacements generally ship via UPS Ground and will be delivered much sooner compared to freight shipments.

Hi Carlos, thank you so much for taking the time to write to us.. Based on our record, you ordered and paid for the Georgia Honey Shaker on our website. We noticed that you also ordered the sample door for Orlando Ginger Square. Unfortunately, without telling us to swap your order to a different style, our team won't be able to make any change to your order. If there is any issue we can further assist you, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected].

Thank you for feedback Grace, we understand the frustration with issues caused from shipping or manufacturing defects. We are disheartened deeply that our White Shaker cabinets (now our Malibu White Shaker) do not meet your expectations. We have strict quality standards that the suppliers we choose to use must meet, and refuse carrying any products that do not meet those standards. The Malibu White Shaker cabinets come with many positive features, but one of its downfalls is that it does not come with pre-drilled holes for attaching the doors onto the frame or it does not come pre-attached so more hinge adjustments may be needed compared to other cabinets. Regarding the assembly, we understand the instructions that come with the cabinets are not great and recommend viewing our step by step pictorial or video instructions found on our website or YouTube channel. We will use your feedback to continue to improve the quality of our products.
