The idea to create kitchen online to me…
The idea to create kitchen online to me was terrifying, but I took a chance. The people i was working with on this project were very responsive to my emails, I called on the phone couple of times and staff were nice and patient, answered all my questions. I was picking cabinets myself and warehouse crew were super friendly and helpful. I love the way cabinets look. One thing I would like to improve were the instructions how to put the cabinets... more clearly, step by step ... I did it myself and it took me awhile to figure it out, but if you have a professional helpers that won't be an issue for you. Overall, cabinets look great, service was excellent. Thank you.

Very disappointed
If I can give a zero, I would have. It took forever to get the cabinets and a total of 3 1/2 months to get the toe kick. The packaging was sloppy and there was damage done. The design is minimalist. I’m not happy with this company. These people can care less once you paid for the cabinets. Go somewhere else.

Hi Catherine, Thank you for the feedback and we sincerely apologize regarding the lead time of the cabinets. Ready to assemble orders generally take 5-7 business days to process and prepare and pre-assembled orders take 7-10 business days. Once shipped, the estimated shipping time to Idaho is 2-4 business days. If there are any items out of stock, we will notify our clients immediately with an ETA on when they are expected to be back in stock or with alternative solutions. The toekick panel was unfortunately out of stock and several months out, however it was advised that it would be okay to ship it separately once it becomes available. Our warehouse packages the orders as best as they can to prevent shipping damages and every shipment is inspected prior to shipping out. Unfortunately the shipments go through a lot of movement, are loaded and unloaded into multiple terminals and trucks, and shipping damages can occur. In the event of damages, it is covered under our replacement policy. We truly care about every customer no matter how big or small the order.

Hi Tom, Thank you for the feedback and we sincerely apologize that your cabinets were not delivered on time. Our warehouse was moving to a new location during this time which made our lead times longer than usual. The move has been completed and our lead times are back to normal. We understand the cabinets do not come with the best assembly instructions and have created more helpful step by step video instructions on our YouTube as well as assembly instructions page." Please don't hesitate to contact us if there are any concerns or questions.
