Although one bag of connectors was missing, Bestier worked with me to get the replacements. When it was determined that I could purchase them locally, they issued a partially refund to cover the cost. The payment showed up in my account within a couple of hours of my emailing them a copy of the receipt. I've never seen such a fast response. The is unbelievable. On another note, the desk is very nice and very well constructed. I highly recommend this company. Dave

I got one of Bestier's desks as a gift. The build quality is superb and I'm a huge fan of the black carbon fiber design. One of the pieces, unfortunately, had a decent dent in it, but customer support was quick and happy to send me a replacement part. I'm very happy to have been introduced to this brand, and will surely be recommending it to others.

Placed an order for Amazon prime and the order was delayed. Literally a simple where is my order enquiry and it was the worst customer service I've ever received. One of the advisors was actually rude and didn't help any further and has since deleted the messages on Amazon live chat. So dodgy.
