It has taken months and I am still waiting on a repair part. This company has limited shipping areas in the US. I do not recommend them because of their inability to be able to correctly ship a repair part. Slow response in emails, lack of knowledge of what they’re looking at for repair parts of pictures that I sent them what was needed. I definitely will never buy from you again.

This product didn't look like what it was advertised. The amount of steam was barely visible to create the FLAME effect as l was hoping to see like the original photo.

Box damaged , pieces had the fake covering peeling off the wood, very flimsy, hard to put together . Instructions weren’t clear and skipped steps , parts were warped and for the money was not a good quality at all. Will not be purchasing again. Measurements were also misleading

Table is complicated to assemble. I called to see if it came assembled and the representative told me it would take 5 minutes to assemble. The instructions say 2 people-1 hour and an electric screwdriver is required. Still haven’t put it together and don’t know if I will.
