Best BrillianceReviews of bestbrilliance.com

What a wonderful experience! From beginning to end, communication was amazing. They texted on a consistent basis and let me know when work was starting on my ring, when it was near completion, and also when it shipped. When it arrived, my Royal emerald cut platinum ring was EXACTLY as pictured. I couldn’t be happier. We liked it so much that we ordered a second ring as well, a wedding band to match!

From beginning to end, my experience with Best Brilliance has been wonderful. I recently created a new ring to commemorate the loss of my diamond, which I had cherished for 50 years. This new ring will accompany us on our 50th anniversary renewal trip. I reached out to Julieanne several times regarding the arrival date, and she was incredibly considerate and kind in addressing all my questions. Thank you!

Thank you for your excellent service and responsiveness. I truly appreciate how quickly you handled my order, especially given my tight schedule. Your professionalism and support made all the difference.

This was truly the best customer service I have ever received. I got the 2ct center stone Lucy Lab Grown diamond bridal set and it came out beautifully. I had help every step of the way and all of my questions were answered promptly. I never thought ordering a ring online could be this easy and successful, and I truly fell IN LOVE with my ring! I wanted my ring to sit flush with the wedding band and that’s exactly what I got. I will definitely be recommending this to my family and friends and would also be purchasing from best brilliance in the future whether it’s for anniversaries, gifts, etc.

Great communication all the way from ordering to logistics delivery

Greatest experience I have ever had! Lisa was super helpful and answered all my questions within minutes of sending email. After getting my jewelery had to send it back to be resized. Lisa again responded super fast to email and explained in detail how to send jewelery back with tips to make it as easy and quick as possible. 10 out of 10 would recommend best brilliance because of Lisa's customer service alone. The diamond was exactly as shown on website and jewelery was better than I expected!

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase from Best Brilliance! I ordered a round diamond ring set in platinum, and it exceeded every expectation. The quality of the diamond is truly outstanding — brilliant, clear, and full of life. The cut is flawless, allowing the stone to catch the light beautifully from every angle. The color is exceptional as well — crisp, bright, and exactly as promised. The platinum setting is equally stunning. It’s sleek, elegant, and has a timeless, luxurious feel. You can really tell that care and craftsmanship went into every detail. The ring feels substantial and secure while still being delicate and sophisticated. From start to finish, my experience with Best Brilliance has been nothing short of excellent. The quality, service, and sheer beauty of the piece make this a standout purchase — I can’t stop staring at it! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a breathtaking, high-quality diamond ring.

The team at Best Brilliance has been great to work with. I was nervous at first making a large purchase online but the product has been as promised and good quality. I’ve made multiple purchases with these guys.
