Great Quality & Price, Easy Exchange
I first ordered a 2 carat engagement ring and then exchanged it for a 3 carat. Both were completely beautiful and arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The exchange process was easy and handled quickly. And prices are great—I couldn’t find any competitors who could match their prices for the same quality of stones. I highly recommend Best Brilliance and will be a repeat customer!

Better than Expected
It's hard to find reputable companies especially in today's day and age. I must say, the ring was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. It was exactly as imagined but better. We will be purchasing another in the future. Any update or question I had during the process the team responded immediately. The con-we kept getting the run around of when it would be delivered. It was changed about 3 times, which was frustrating because we had to change the date of our wedding due to it. So for any future buyers, if your carat size if on the bigger size, it will take longer than anticipated or projected. Overall I'd give them a 4.5 for sure. And as I stated prior, we will be purchasing in the future. Thank ya'll for everything!

Honest Review
I bought this bridal set in 5 carats and it is absolutely the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. The reactions by my friends and family were priceless. Best Brilliance exceeded all my expectations. My partner is going to love it. Even I don't want to give it up.

I can't give this company any less than…5 Stars!
I was suspicious at first with how low the prices were but my expectations were met far and beyond what I could've imagined. I had an online consultation and they made the entire process of customizing my ring and getting details on pricing so simple! I bothered them with emails constantly but they were always so quick to respond and help me out with any questions I had. My ring came in exactly 4 weeks, just as I was told! The packaging was amazing, ring box was a bit bulky, but still awesome! I proposed to my fiancée on April 25th and she absolutely loved the ring! So happy with my experience with Best Brilliance!
