Best BrillianceReviews of bestbrilliance.com

Everything was wonderfully handled, and if assistance was ever needed, they ensured you knew they were always available for you every step of the way. The quality is stunning, and they even engraved my request on the inner band of the engagement ring. Beautiful ring, absolutely beautiful! Wonderfully boxed with its own elegance, and carefully packaged with a secure delivery.

Ring was amazing and their service very effective

Ring came out beautiful and was sent to us in a relatively quick-ish manner

Very nice quality, she loved it. The rings were too big so we had to send them back for resizing, each ring comes with a one time complimentary resize. They did a great job and we received the ring back within a week and a half, very quick and it turned out great, but the only bad thing, most people probably do not think about much, I asked if they didn’t mind sending the side stones to me that they had to remove for making it smaller, considering I paid for them, only 1 small diamond per ring I believe, but they did not send them, so the resizing is not technically free or complimentary because diamonds cost money, that is the only negative, although great overall experience.

Return RMA-679936843396 for order 16091 Customer: This is hands down the worst lab grown diamond online shopping business out there. They shame the BBB. Some of their customer service team is courteous but the overall experience of buying an engagement ring, trying to ask questions and not being respected by their staff nets this business 2 stars and an open BBB complaint. They did not process the order as advertised at all and spent over 30 days in a customer “care” discussion loop which resulted in no ring for my planned engagement while simultaneously producing the wrong ring. Do not trust this company, even with plenty of time for production they will fail you. The return process was delayed another day as it took two emails and a 2.5 hour wait on the phone, without answer, to get a return label. We are now beyond the 14 days of processing the return after they received the ring back in the mail. There is no end in sight, one where I might potentially buy anything else from this business. Other competitors like Grown Brilliance make this company look pitiful with rapid replying care teams, returns and repairs. Do not spend your money here. You need to go somewhere, anywhere else for your jewelry needs, if you must buy online. You, your family and fiancée deserve so much better than what Best Brilliance can provide for you with your hard-earned money.

Customer service was topnotch in helping me with a mixup during ordering. Beautiful products!

It was a bit of a bumpy road to get it through customs but the Best Brilliance Team helped a lot and finally I have an absolutely beautiful piece on my finger - I simply love it! And thanks to the Best Brilliance Team for the help!

There were able to communicate effectively and have my questions answered. The timing of me receiving my ring was accurate, and it came exactly how it was pictured but looks even better in person! I can’t wait to present it to my Proverbs 31 woman.
