A mind blowing selection of rings of all kinds, that’s for sure. Sadly, not enough selection of bracelets. I mean, they look STUNNING, and the prices are good, but there are just not enough of them.

It’s nice that they have so many customization options, but as I see it, it’s not so easy to navigate between all options. I find it confusing. On the bright side, the great people at the support center make things a bit better.

truly amazing products, but Best Brilliance has to remember that the fact they are an online shop does not rid them of the need to give great customer service. Please be faster at answering emails! Thanks in advance

Best brilliance does have a massive variety of rings in all types, but in my opinion, the variety is not that great for bracelets. I couldn't find what exactly I was looking for... I hope they improve their selection of bracelets in the future.

I give 3 stars only because of their great communication regarding of customer service. I am quiet disappointed though the quality of their moissanite ring quality. I have got proposed with the Luna ring from best brilliance - which looks absolutely stunning, however we have been in touch with their customer service regarding of the stone it self gets cloudy on the bottom every so often. They advised that clean it with a brush and soap water, which worked but only for a short time. To be honest it kind of looks like the stone it self didn't got properly cut and polished on the bottom before it got fit on to the ring. I do take my ring off whenever I use cream . I don't think I should clean my ring every week as it gets cloudy from veers and tear.
