I can’t stop thinking about how perfect her engagement ring turned out. It’s absolutely stunning—better than I ever imagined. The way it catches the light, the way it suits her… it feels like it was made just for her. I’m honestly over the moon. Couldn’t be happier.

I ordered the Skylar, a 3 stone lab created engagement ring. It came beautifully packaged, fit was a bit tight, but I liked it so I kept it. Then I decided to order a band to compliment it. It arrived, looked as advertised, fit was fine (I upsized this one), but it just didn’t work as I had hoped. I decided immediately to return it and attempted to start the process. It was slow (waited on hold for over an hour two separate times only to give up). Suffice it to say I was concerned I wasn’t going to get a Return Authorization nor reimbursement due to the 30 day window and no one answering the phones. This prompted me to write my original Trustpilot review stating my concerns. Somehow they saw my original review and immediately (same day) reached out to me to make things right. They sent the RA with detailed instructions on the return process. I precisely followed those instructions and I was reimbursed the very day they received the ring I returned. Order #18439. I upgraded my review from 3 stars to 4 (rather than 5) because the return may never have happened without Trustpilot. Trustpilot made all the difference!

Great experience. it took about four weeks to get my initial ring but apparently they are built to order so that is OK. Just plan for this timeframe. The quality and build of the ring is as good as any I’ve seen. The stone is exactly as promised and came with the appropriate documentation and certification. it is beautiful. I had to get the ring resized and it was an absolutely painless process. I filled out the online form, they emailed me a return label at no cost, and they returned it after about a one week turnaround resize perfectly and absolutely no physical indications it was resized. Super happy.
