I ordered a Dallas Cowboys jacket which I never received because it was lost ( or stolen) in the mail. After reporting this to the customer service department, they agreed to send me a replacement jacket, which they did about a month later. I was extremely impressed and satisfied that the company responded so promptly to my issue, that I must admit this is the very best definition and example of customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend BeatWear without any hesitation or reservation, especially for the quality of their products.

I recently purchased a jacket from best-wears.com and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The website was easy to navigate, checkout was a breeze, and the jacket is of fantastic quality. The customer service was also top-notch - they were responsive and helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality clothing at reasonable prices. 5 stars!

I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas and it was a much smaller fit than we normally find in his size. BestWear replaced it with a larger size and allowed me to keep the smaller size which I gifted to another person. Jamie was most helpful and timely in resolving this!
