First, I never received my order, and I even called to confirm receipt. Women I spoke with was very polite, and we even reconfirmed another delivery date. Second, that date came and went and again I never received my order. Third, I called AGAIN and spoke with now anothe polite women who told me they did in fact have me in the system via my order number, but was sorry the order never was shipped out yet again; therefore, having spent more time chatting with staff then eating the soup I ordered, I cancelled. Bet wait, it gets worse, I have not received my $120plus dollars back on my credit card as of 3/29/15 from a cancelled order dating back to Mid-January...... I've gotten this much heartburn over a meal I haven't even eaten....and the good Lord knows, all I wanted to do was support a new NY business and eat some Dam Good Soup.... God-Speed

I purchased gift certificates for my two kids for Christmas. Soup was ordered on Jan. 2nd by my daughter (who has since cancelled her order and asked that the company refund my money. She had not received her soup as of March 25th and wanted to wait no longer.) I had asked for a refund before that and got an email that told me I had to contest my credit card, The card was charged December 18th. They have been sitting with my $100.00 (two $50.00 gift certificates) since then. My son wants no part of their soups after my daughter never received hers. I want my money back and I am not getting no response from their customer service department. I have a form printed to send to Consumer Protection Division in New York, an email going to the Better Business Bureau and a letter going to FOX news, who was the reason I ordered this in the first place. I will continue to send out Facebook messages to everyone I know to get this company to honor their customers. I will be sending FOX news and BBB a link to this site so that they are able to see that it was not just me that is having an issue. All I am asking for is my money back. How hard is that? Easy. Just refund it!!! Customer service is not their strength!

I paid $249.95 for 6 months of soup for my in-laws on Dec 19, 2014 as a Christmas gift for them. When they contacted the company in January to begin receiving their soup, they were initially told there would be a delay because of the rush around the Christmas holidays. It is now March 23 and despite reaching a representative the first few times to explain the delays, they now cannot get any answer to their emails or calls. I tried to reach the company today during their official customer service hours (mon and wed only from 9-3) and could only get a voice recording saying, "Please enter your access code." This has been an awful experience and I hope that I can prevent someone else from pouring their money into this business. I will be pursuing whatever means I can to get our money back but I am not feeling hopeful for an easy resolution. Makes me very sad and frustrated.

Ordered on December 13, The owner keeps giving me the run around that my soup will be shipped and it never does. Now I see their online ordering is shut down, anyone in NYC know if they closed their business?? This issue as resolved finally after contacting the BBB of NY. I ordered soup January 21st, my credit card was charged, and I have yet to receive my soup. I have since sent two email messages and left a phone message with zero response from the company. If you are inundated with orders, hire more employees! Your poor customer service is going to sink the business if you don't quickly change the way you operate.

I was one of the disgruntled customers from December, 2014. I too had heard all of the excuses; never received my soup, or a refund. I was very surprised when Ed contacted me, and wanted to make things right. He gave me option of a refund or a credit larger than my original order. I chose to order soup and am glad that I did. The soup was phenomenal! This order will be followed up with many more. Even more so, I have to thank Ed for being a straight up guy. He has checked in with us to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Thank You Ed!!

We received a gift certificate for Christmas and placed our order for three different types of their product on January 11th. A couple weeks passed without receiving tracking information. I went on-line and read multiple reviews indicating the company was inundated with orders after appearing on a national television program before Christmas. I waited another 3 weeks and then called the company. The person I spoke with was immediately able to pull up my order, explained the situation, apologized, and told me it would ship out the next week. As promised, the next week I received a fedEx tracking number and a phone call from the owner letting me know the order was on the way and again he apologized for the delay and inconvenience. We received the soups on Friday as promised. We tried the clam chowder last night and it was excellent. Would order from them again in the future.

My wife ordered several soups for my elderly parents as a Christmas gift. The soup never made it for the Holiday. We called and they promised it would arrive in January so it might be there by my mother's birthday. It didn't make it for Valentine's Day or by the First of March. This company is a joke. They answer their phones and offer excuses and promise new ship dates but no soup! No company that stays in business is run like this one.
