The soup was good, but not "bes dam"

I ordered a Christmas special $79 worth 5 soups or 15.80 per soup. The 1st two were quite good the one I am eating today White bean and spinach ehhh. Certainly not $15 worth for what is a bowl of soup. Just the facts, sorry if its not what you want to hear

Ordering was easy. Sent as a gift, so do not know how good they were. Would have liked to include a card in the gift. Maybe a quantity between single/ 1 serving for 2 and 12 servings.

Still missing part of my last order. Order last year was VERY late.

The owner of the company contacted us and apologized. Our order was processed and we received all items within a few days. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We placed an order on 12/18/16. Payment was processed on 12/19/16. The order was for soup and 2 gift certificates. We've not received either as of today (1/29/17). We've received 2 email updates, the last on 1/4/17 about orders being processed. We've called only to be unable to leave voice mail messages due to mailbox being full. We are still wondering where the soups and gift certificate are. We will be contacting Fox News, New York Attorney General and BBB offices this week, as well as our bank to get a refund. I ordered on 12/4/15 as a birthday gift for a 12/14/15 birthday. It has still not arrived.

Yep one soup for me yet. It will be almost 3 weeks from the time I ordered to the promised arrival time to my home. Sure hope it is good. This is a small business that does not seem to be able to handle large orders. I will give them a chance to make good on their promise that the wait is worth the soup.

My wife ordered 2 value packs for a Christmas present to me after seeing them on Fox and Friends. She received a confirming email and the shipping charges were astronomical. She had specifically asked if the order was sufficient to get free delivery and she was told it was. I ended up calling customer service and explained the problem. They allowed us to restructure the order for 2 value packs of lobster bisque and 1 value pack of clam chowder and this gave her free shipping for just $3 less than the first order. So we were happy with their customer service for doing that. Then when we didn't get an email on the shipping, I emailed them and they answered that they had been inundated with orders from the Fox and Friends exposure and had delivery problems with Fed Ex and had frozen pipes but would be finally catching up by last week. Still no email on delivery. All I wanted was an update to set my expectations. I was not angry or critical. In fact, because I grew up in Massachusetts I was understanding. I called and sent them a contact form asking for an update on expectation settings as I know the blizzard kept my 2 children living in the Boston area from going to work. Have yet to hear back... Phone number on web site is out of date... Ed needs some IT help as well as whatever else help he needs. Can't rate product right now, so rating is for customer service... Should be 2 1/2 stars for unacceptable service but not with a lot of friction.
