I love how Ashley Santus cares for me. The human. Not the regiment, not the diet, not the goals, although they are important for her that I accomplish them, my well-being and me being comfortable is important to her. I feel like I am seen and heard and is not like she says, you’re gonna do this because I said so, but more of how can I help you. I bet all of them do the same, however, for me She is the best.
