Berry Street has been so helpful in finding a dietitian that can help me learn better habits. I have struggled all my life with trying to lose weight and eating better, but my dietitian from Berry Street has helped me understand myself and how to feed myself so that I can feel better about myself and the things I eat. I have made so much progress and I feel grateful for the help and encouragement from my dietitian.

No judgement, I felt very comfortable being open and honest with my health, eating habits, and struggles. The dietitian was warm, encouraging, and created a safe space for me to be vulnerable. I believe this is the missing link for me that will help me to be aware of my eating habits and make better food choices. The accessibility fits my lifestyle, too!

My dietician, Katy, is making it super easy for me to make the needed adjustments. I love that she ensures I understand what needs to be done and asks if they're realistic suggestions. She gives me a variety of options and everything seems like changes that can easily be part of my daily routine. I have more energy to fuel my active lifestyle. She made me realize that I'm actually not a snacker, but I snack when my body needs more food to fuel it. I wish I started seeing a dietician much sooner..it's so easy to schedule and grateful that my insurance fully covers it. If you're an athlete or simply live an active lifestyle, and you're tired of always feeling hungry they can surely help you out. Katy is great on ensuring I'm helping to maintain my muscle, build more muscle and have a quicker recover time. It was super easy to see if my insurance was accepted. Super easy to find a dietician to help me with my specific needs. Super easy to schedule my first appointment. Super easy to schedule my first follow-up appointment. Love that the app allows you to take pictures of your food, so the dietician can see exactly what you're eating.

Really didn’t think I was going to like this at all but Ali’s mad me feel so comfortable and at ease! She was. Sry easy to talk with and I didn’t feel judged at all.

I have the privilege to work with Heba. She is so insightful and understanding while still great at keeping me accountable. She’s open to concerns about meal prepping and social events and helps guide me through them while keeping me on track. I’ve been trying to lose weight for a decade on my own and I am finally doing it with her help. I’m so grateful for a program like this. Finally feels like I’m actually benefiting from my health insurance.

I LOVE the way my dietician, Ms. Cathy holds me accountable and she answers all questions and allows me to work my way through the highs and lows of dieting. I LOVE how she says not to be down myself but to be mindful and GIVES great suggestions and advice on how to increase my protein, fiber, and helps me plan meals. I just LOVE her!
