I have been seeing Laura Meek for about 2 months now and lost 10 lbs! The most helpful thing is that she gives me resources that are actually practical like low budget foods, or meals with a quick prep time. I was skeptical that my insurance would actually cover the full cost of this but they have completely! I couldn’t be more grateful!

I talk a lot, but she listened to all of it and even gave me some great suggestions for home-cooked meals and restaurant dishes that won't make me feel like I'm missing out.
