I was very disappointed in the quality of the berries when they arrived the chocolate and the white chocolate were all cracked up in the box so exposing bare strawberries, and that’s not what I ordered. The ice packs were melted so the top of the box and the bottom of the box were wet which resulted in the chocolate covered strawberries having all the chocolate pieces broken up throughout the box. Actual presentation was horrible.

I ordered a kind of large expensive box for my mother for Mother's Day 2025. The berries arrived mushy and the chocolate melted. Then I had difficulty contacting them to complain. Finally got some guy on the phone who yawned repeatedly. He offered to give me another shipment. Why would I do that? I said no I wanted a refund. He insisted I could only get a 50% refund. The box was completely inedible. This is a horrible company. No Customer Service. They do not care at all about their customers.

If I could give them a negative number, I would. Placed an order on 6/6 with a delivery on 6/9. I reached out to them 5 minutes after placing order to cancel and they told me it was too late. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!! BUYER BEWARE!

Arrived on time. That’s the only good thing about this order. Berries were old, possibly fermented, and chocolate crumbled apart like wax. These are expensive and not worth it at all. Tried to contact but they couldn’t find my order even though I had a copy of the complete order and number. Very frustrating process.

I entered the delivery zip code for my order but when I completed the order, the web site auto-filled the address incorrectly. If I put a zip code in for delivery why would the site enter a city that doesn't match the zip code? I didn't realize it. It was delivered to someone I don't know in New York instead of Massachusetts. So, I contacted an agent and had a second order sent to the correct address. I confirmed the address including an apartment number. I was assured by the agent that they are 'so sorry' and 'we'll get it right this time'. Well, the second order was sent to the same random address in New York again! Some baffled resident has received not just one but two orders of chocolate covered strawberries, two Easter cards addressed to a stranger, and my daughter? nothin'. I tried a third time but they don't have the Easter items anymore (go figure). So I have lost about an hour of my life dealing with customer service (very slow), and the only thing I have to report is I got my money back. They did offer a $15 off my next order but I will never be back to use it.

“The berries were great, the delivery was terrible. I spent more time on the phone with the company than driving them from Michigan to Atlanta. Their help were very kind on the phone but....I won't order again because of the delivery. One gal just left and took them. One never showed up but did text my son and told h im he had the berries and one made it. I spent a ton of money to surprise my kids for Easter and it was ruined....I do not like writing bad reviews. The company again was good, they were kind but they definitely need to change their delivery service.”

They screwed me at valentines with a delivery a week late.quick to sell it but horrible after. But i took a chance yesterday 4/14/25 and bought my mom some cheesecake bites.9@$65.82 for her birthday sat..right after saying fri delivery and taking my money they called right back and said sorry looks like may 12 delivery. Who waits a month for food? Told them to refund my money. But now i have 2 charges of 65.83 and called again and they said it may take 5-10 days so they completly ruined my extra money for her birthday. I will never ever never ever ever do buisness with this rotten company.they suck all the way around.nothing but liars and scammers

MY MOM LITERALLY CRIED BECAUSE OF HOW DISGUSTING 🤮 THE FRUITS WERE. I SPENT A $150 WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR THEM TO SEND ME A BOX FILLED WITH SPOIL AND ROTTEN FRUITS PLUS FRUITS THAT I ORDER WAS MISSING FROM THE BOX. THE WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.
