Order not delivered. This cimpany sucks.

Birthday gift, and I enjoyed them! Strawberries were delicious & juicy

Strawberries were not as presented, half of them were very small, the chocolate dip was messy, and the berries were not good. These were gifted, and it was a complete embarrassment. A total rip off and a waste of money. I will never purchase from this company again. If I could upload a picture I would because I have one saved. I reached out to the company after they were delivered. Valentine’s Day, and my message was ignored.

The order was delivered with no notification and left outside [in Florida heat]! Terrible service!

I ordered flowers and dipped strawberries one month in advance back on January 15th for Valentine's Day delivery because I was going to be out of the country. I paid extra for guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. They arrived a day late. Flowers were not as pretty as pictured, strawberries were room temperature because all of the ice packs had melted. A complete joke of a company. I've filed a Paypal claim for a full refund. Thankfully my sweetheart was understanding.

Horrible!!!! Will never use the again!!! Order was 2 days late with half the Strawberries rotten. Have emailed them non stop for almost 2 weeks and received bit messages back from them. They're telling me now there having email problems. This company is a joke. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY I'LL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING YOU AGAIN!!

I received chocolate covered strawberries and a cake for a birthday gift. They were both horribly disgusting. You would be best not to waste your money on this. I had to throw everything out after just one bite. I feel bad for my family who bought them for me.

The strawberries are large, fresh and juicy! Your chocolate is absolutely delicious! I was hard pressed forcing myself to make them last for three days! My mouth waters just thinking about them. (Yes, I did share with my husband!) I look forward to the next time he gifts me Shari’s Berries!
