Ben's is excellent. One of my go to shops for hard to find parts and accessories. Services is excellent, shipping is fast, and customer service is some of the best I have come across.

I called the first number I saw on the website. The individual who answered the phone was fairly irritated after I spent 5 minutes explaining my interest and question. I was transferred to what I guess was the web department. After 10 minutes of frustrating interaction attempting to get some clarity regarding the product I wanted to order, I just ordered the product. When I received it my fear (the basis for call before I ordered) was easily confirmed. I know have to try and send it back, I imagine on my dime and using more of my time.

I received the exact item as advertised on time.

There was a mix up with the delivery of my order by the courier but once I had alerted Ben's Cycle they investigated and resent my items.

Had a bike built there from scratch. I've had no problems with it so far and it's incredibly solid. The staff were incredibly solid and trustworthy. I would definitely come back again. Can't rave anymore. Ben's is a sure bet.

They helped me out when my local bike shop couldn't. It's nice to know there's a place who will take the time to locate parts for older bikes.

Ben's has a wide selection of quality products at fair prices that will satisfy the racer, as well as the retro-cyclist.
