Ben's cycle offered the Nitto Technomic stem in the right size and best price. They were very prompt to ship the item out and I am happy in every way. As for the stem, it is typical Nitto quality which is to say, great an excellent piece of gear with old-school looks, very nice finish and just the perfect stem for this 35 year old Sekai frame I am buiding up.

I recently place an order with Ben's Cycle for a pair on MKS Ezy detachable pedals for my folding bike. They were one of the few dealers I could find with this item in stock and in the black color. Not only did they process the order quickly, but they shipped it in a timely manner. I received the order in California within a couple of days. I'll be checking with them again when I need another part for my bike. Thanks for the great service.

I liked the range at Ben's, and thus, placed an order. However, if you're going to ship internationally this needs to be cheaper, or free, and this needs to be made clearer on the website. All the 'first order ships free' banners on the website are great, but ultimately mean nothing for us O.S customers. Obviously on frames etc I am happy to pay some shipping but for a $250 order that weighed less than a lb I would have thought you could have free shipped. I'll shop here again because online shop is easy to navigate and the range is great, while the prices are competitive. That being said there are other online stores based in the U.S who will ship international orders, especially those over say $100, for free

I ordered a saddle. Not only did these guys price match, they also gave me $20 off as a friendly incentive/nudge to get me to get off the pot and buy the saddle (a $230 Giles Berthound). I'm really happy with Ben's Cycles. For years I've browser shopped their amazingly comprehensive catalogue... this is my first follow-through with a purchase, and I'll certainly be coming back.
