There was a brief snafu with my order and I got the wrong size and brand of an item. Matt at Ben's quickly shipped me the correct item with a pre-paid package to return the old item. You can't ask for more than that. I hate it when retailers make you ship back the old item before you get what you needed. Two thumbs up for Matt and Ben's.
