Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Ben's was the only place I was able to find that carried what I was looking for. Even so, their prices were very reasonable. After that, my order was shipped out very quickly. Nice work, Ben's.

Just received my Black Nitto B132 bar from Ben's. What a shape! I've loved B132s since the mid-80's and don't know why everyone, particularly tourists - heck, anyone - spending long hours in the saddle, doesn't have a B132 on their bikes. Multiple comfortable hand positions and angles, shallow and usable drops with a nice flare, great reach, and an almost cushy cradle for your hands at the base of the hoods. Ben's was the ONLY dealer I've found who knows the difference between a B132 and B135, and also the only dealer I've found carrying either one in black. Was my first order - I got free shipping! - but definitely not my last. Very pleased, with product and service.

Thanks for the kind words; this is what we strive for! We do hunt down very unique items, to a point of special order with manufacturers if need be. Thanks again!

This transaction can be summed up in one sentence: I paid a very low price for a high quality product; shipping was swift; communication was excellent before, during, and after the sale. I will order from Ben's Cycle again in the near future.

An excellent price with quick shipment. Arrived well within anticipated time. The Dumonde lite chain lube is the best I have used.

Unexpected long delivery time. Ordered on July 1, received on July 11. I think this was a USPS problem and not Ben's Cycle. UPSP package tracking indicated it was initially sent to the wrong zip in another state. When I eventually received the package Ben's Cycle had the correct zip. At one point USPS package tracking said that it was available at the post office for pick-up. When I inquired with Ben's Cycle as to what was going on, there response was that they had shipped to package. Ben's Cycle had a very good price for this item, so I guess it was worth the hassle with the delivery.

We're very sorry this is your first experience with us. usps can do that to us sometimes; we wish we had more control once it leaves our store. Hope you let us (and the carrier) give it another try sometime.

Wanted to get an Andel Crankset in silver, but it was out of stock. I emailed to ask about a restock, and Matt from Ben's Cycle got back to me promptly. He managed to get the crankset in silver and added it straight to my cart, so all I had to do was complete the checkout. I received $20 off my first order, and shipping was only $3.55 even though I am in Australia. The crankset itself is quality - the crank arms are nice and beefy, and the chainring looks round and well-machined. Good experience overall.

Painless and quick service. The only bummer is a couple of frame sets I was looking at buying were in shop pick-up only. Those probably shouldn't be on the site.
Customer
Fast service and great prices.
