Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Ben's Cycle was very communicative about the status of my order through the process. Product arrived within a couple business days. The item I ordered was an obscure item that I couldn't find anywhere else. Great transaction and a pleasure to do business with.

Awesome selection, fair prices, and fast shipping.

Always a bonus to find something online, but the business then provides a phone number one can call for questions, and actually talk to someone who has the answers. So very friendly, excellent service. I needed a small part, had a question about it, called, and got the answer. Unfortunately, first time, I asked the wrong question, so I got the wrong part. But second time, got the right question, the right answer and the right part. No problem returning the first. I recommend doing business with someone you can talk to, and is happy and available to talk back.

The part that I ordered from Ben's Cycles was exactly as they described on their web site and it was shipped very fast. I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered the limited edition Milwaukee Crusher Chain protector for my vintage Vicini Fixie project over here in Stockholm. It arrived on time, and is BEAUTIFULLY made, and fits my fixie like a glove. Really cool that it is available in 144 bolt circle diameter size too. Thus, I can use my vintage campy cranks, save my jeans' legs, and always arrive in style. Very happy.

I love Ben's Cycle and order from them ocasionally. I always have a good experience and my orders arrive quickly. I ordered a set of nitto RB-018 bull horn bars in silver. The sent a pair of the heat treated RB-018 in black. These were a good deal more expensive so I'm not complaining. Just take a look at your items before trying to install anything and make sure the SKUs on your order match.

Was sent the wrong bar grips by accident. After 1 email the correct grips were immediately sent with return postage included. Couldn't ask for better service.
Customer
I've order many times from Ben's Cycle and been very pleased with their selection & prices. The one time a wrong colored component was sent out (which some would claim is a non-issue as its functionally the same), they treated it as a matter of great urgency & had a replacement to me & a label for free return shipping in a matter of days. Even more impressive considering it was the hub of wheel & they built me a new one!
