Terrific online store. My order was placed promptly but a week later, had not shipped. I emailed the store and received a quick response. There had been a glitch and they had to get one of the items from a warehouse. They apologized and expedited shipping without charge. My only complaint is that they should have let me know that the order had been delayed.

I've ordered a few oddments from Ben's Cycles, and I've been pleased. Everything has come pretty quickly and been reasonably priced. They also sometimes have cool stuff I can't get elsewhere. I may even end up with one of their frames some day....

Older bike equipment hard to find without having to pay a king's ransome. Ben's had just what I needed for a reasonable price. With fast delivery I had no down time waiting for my new p parts.

I'm not sure about their service but when it comes to ordering online, they ship very fast. Within an hour I received an email from the package carrier with a tracking number. That's awesome compared to other sites I have ordered from.
