BEWARE!!!! This company is not legit! They do not promote PayPal! That should be enough to alarm you! Read their reviews online! How many people have you guys screwed over!? I have found hundreds of reviews stating that they have also been scammed by Benisouk. REPLY - Don’t let their reply’s fool you - they come across as being professional but they are not. I did not authorise this purchase! Do not risk purchasing with these scammers!!! Benisouk….why do you not offer PayPal? I will tell you why, because you are not legit, you are frauds! I can’t cancel my order because I did not place the order! UPDATE!!!! Firstly i am happy that you have provided my bank with all communications….as have i. You have a track record of scamming people. There are many reviews that state that they have also experienced similar issues with Benisouk. Are all these people wrong?? Are they also lying?!! You are welcome to open a defamation case! I am expressing my concerns and warning others not to fall into the same trap. The reason why you do not offer PayPal is because you are not able to scam people. PayPal have processes and procedures in place that stop people like yourself from scamming. PayPal ensure the following; 1. Goods must arrive on time 2. Goods must arrive as the description states 3. Goods must not arrive covered in dirt, feaces or urine. 4. PayPal is safe from people like you that scam card numbers. You say that the runner I was meant to have ordered is “on the way” well if that’s the case why I’m have I not received it? This alone warrants you to refund me! You processed this purchase on the 1 June 21 today is the 24 June 21 I have looked at your “well dressed” website and you state that orders will arrive in 7-12 days…..it has now been 23 days!!! This alone is enough to provide a refund as you have not adhered to your OWN terms and conditions. You will read that others have also had the same issue!!! Refund me or I will take further legal action. You picked the wrong girl to mess with!! There are numerous people on this reviews website that state that their rugs arrived smelling or urine and feaces! Did you refund these people? This might be the way your country does business but in Australia we have laws that do not permit this! I will continue to voice my opinion and warn others from my experience on all platforms! I will endeavour to locate others that have been scammed as I have and will continue to do so until I am refunded.

I could not be happier with Benisouk! I've bought two rugs from them, one vintage and one made to order. They both arrived in great condition and are absolutely beautiful - I get compliments on them every time someone comes over! The quality of the made to order rug is incredible - the colors are beautiful and it's super thick and soft. I contacted customer service to get an order update and received a prompt and helpful reply to my initial inquiry, and then received proactive updates after that. A great company that makes beautiful rugs!

Beautiful rug and incredibly fast delivery to the UK. Bought during the (year long) sale, so a good price. For transparency, I did email a question a couple of weeks before I made the purchase and didn’t receive a response - but that didn’t put me off in the end.

I have a lifetime love of Moroccan textiles, which I have previously purchased either in Morocco or via one or two other online sellers. After purchasing a new home recently I found I needed a fairly large rug for the living room, but it had been awhile since I'd purchased anything online. I found my previous sellers were either no longer operational or had been sold or taken over by other parties who were unresponsive to my questions and I decided unreliable. That's when I found benisouk and was impressed with their selection and reviews. I found the perfect vintage rug and it was delivered more quickly than I ever expected. I did have one question about delivery, but it was answered immediately and resolved. I can highly recommend the good people at benisouk and it's nice to know you are supporting the hard working rug makers in Morocco, where I have so loved visiting in the past. (I recommend making the trip!)

My rug came super quick, before the scheduled date. Got an amazing discount and my oh my what an amazing rug it is. Even better than the photo’s and I love the fact that there is a bit of history behind it. What talented Artisans they are. Benisouk were amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be back for more. If you’re struggling to make up your mind just go for it. You won’t be disappointed!!

I ordered a rug, it arrived quickly. I made several attempts to contact them before a reply was received. When asking to return it, they said it would cost the equivalent of $500 Aus in postage, which is 1/3 of the cost of the rug. I am devastated as the website suggests that return are easy. I spent so much time on the website choosing what i thought was the right rug, and now I regret making the purchase. Now reading that other people had the same experience, i'm very disappointed.
