Shoddy Return Policy
Please be aware that this company does not adhere to its Return Policy. I followed the procedures according to the policy and I was charged $700 for the postage of returning the rug. This was not made clear to me. Beautiful rugs, but make sure your selection is right! Very unhappy customer.

The colours are stunning!!
The rug arrived in under 3 days to me in Australia and I LOVE IT!! The colours are exactly as shown on the website and we are thrilled with the quality of the weave and craftmanship. I already want to buy another for our living room

Absolutely Stunning Rug!
Our rug arrived today and I can’t thank Zineb enough for all his help! The rug is absolutely stunning and even better and more beautiful in real life!!! Our baby is going to love it & spend many hours playing on it! I actually can’t believe how beautiful it is!!! Pictures just don’t do it justice!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you

Beautiful, non-toxic artisan rugs delivered way sooner than the competition
I was looking for a non-toxic rug that was also stylish, and Benisouk had an incredible array of offerings. I like that everything is 100% wool (as opposed to polypropylene or viscose or other synthetic materials, etc) and the prices are reasonable considering these are real, handmade Moroccan rugs. Everything arrived quickly and as expected, though I do think the delivery took a few days longer than the website proclaims. Still, I love the rug. Aesthetically it’s super unique and fits the artsy-contempary vibe of our home beautifully.

I love my new rug
I love my new rug! It's so much more beautiful than I anticipated, and it arrived right on time, quick! If it was winter I would curl up in it, but since it's summer I'm just walking on it with bare feet. It feels great! I love it and it won't be my last purchase.
