The returns cost is £95 for a smaller rug
Sadly my rug which arrived very promptly is a different texture to what I was expecting and I'm having to send it back. I have discovered that as I'm in the UK it will cost £95 to return it. I am so upset about this but I have no choice. This is benisouk's 'preferential rate' which is better than any deal I could find in the UK. I wish I had never ordered from them. I have just lost out on all this money. They are not set up for international business. A really terrible experience.
