The company was very helpful with choosing the rug and was able to get the rug delivered quickly before my event. Very happy with this company and customer service.

Great Rug, Great Price!
I was hesitant initially about spending a fair amount of money for a rug that I couldn't see, touch or feel....but I took a chance and I'm very glad I did. The rug was exactly as pictured and described. I did have a couple questions before I finally decided to pull the trigger and their customer service was responsive and helpful. They are in Morocco(I think) so be patient. Because of the time zone difference, they may take 24 hours to respond. The rug arrived nicely packed(again, directly from Morocco) and in perfect shape. It is soft, beautiful and it really ties the room together!

I will not buy from here again
Terrible. Unlike anything I have experienced.I would not not buy from here. I ordered a rug and have been waiting two months to receive it. It was suppose to arrive in 4 days. There is no phone number and only email and no one is proactive….And despite assurance of a refund below still NONE and I have even sent them a letter from my lawyers

Hi Elli , We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused. We work with the best carrier to offer Express delivery. Our rugs usually take 5-6 business days of delivery with DHL EXPRESS / UPS so trust that this is an exceptional situation . Your rug was stuck at customs and is now in your local warehouse . We understand how frustrating it is , that is why our logistics team is doing its best to have it delivered to your door as soon as possible . Quality not to my expectation for the price they’re selling
Sheds everytime I vaccumed it. Decided to give them away. The company refunded 10% for my inconvenience in return to remove my first one star review.
