I ordered a pizza blanket on 12/8/14. They stated it would be here by Christmas, yet as of 1/24/15 I have not received it. Through various emails prior to this I was given a $5.00 discount because of the lateness and they were supposed to throw in a pair of pizza socks for my inconvenience. Today 1/24/15 I received a pair of Chevron design socks, no blanket and on the website account page it shows my order has been fulfilled. I paid $42.00 for a pair of socks I don't want. I am reporting them to the BBB and also filing a formal complaint with a fraud investigator regarding this. These people should not be allowed to be i business if this is the way they operate.

Sure, they have a lot of cool, neat, and unique designs, but don't be fooled by that. I ordered a hoodie from them late November with the promise that it would arrive before Christmas, yet here we are almost a month past Christmas and the order has yet to even be fulfilled or shipped. I emailed them about this and they refunded a tiny portion of the order. I am unimpressed with their customer service and their inability to fulfill an order within their given timelines. We were told it would take a couple of weeks, but those weeks have turned into months. It's unacceptable for them to mislead consumers like that. I can assure that my first order from them will be my last order from them. I'm debating to see if my order can be refunded (in full) or just wait and see just how long they will take to fulfill my order and ship it. I will defiantly not be recommending Beloved Shirts to anyone I know because of this.

I ordered a sweatshirt on Nov. 3rd. It is Jan 15th. I have emailed them 4 times. the first time they got back to me quickly and actually refunded me 5$ and I was thinking that it was just a small delay but oh no. I emailed again and they just said just 2 more weeks. three weeks later still no sweatshirt. I emailed again and I didn't get a reply for a week. I emailed again and I still haven't gotten a return email and they guarantee a response within 72 hours. they really just don't care about the customer. I feel robbed and duped. I know they have some cool designs but don't fall under their spell. they are an awful company

I ordered from Beloved expecting that all of their photots were photoshopped and really looked nothing like the actual product. Oh. My. Gosh. I was so flipping wrong!!! I absolutely love everything about their products! One thing that wasn't the best was the time it took to get to me, but it was so worth it. I would've waited even longer for these products!!! I will always shop here.

Oh I wish I've read all the BAD reviews before ordering from this company. Go to their facebook page and see for yourself. There're tons of people complaining about a lack of customer service. Now knowing that some people have waited for 3-4 month for their order, I feel extremely annoyed and overall ripped off. Beloved Shirts sure took minutes to charge my credit card! Also, they have time to tweet, promote on instagram and post on facebook. How about going through heaps of unanswered e-mails? Horrible customer service, never EVER gonna order anything from them again & make sure to tell my friends about my experience with Beloved Shirts.

I ordered about 16 belovesies for Christmas presents. Every single one was misaligned so the images were missing eyes and limbs or had extra mouths. Don't believe promises of shipping on time. Vague sizing, horrible customer service. Most of my things came after Christmas though order was placed October 10. You have to email them AND message them on FB to get any response. The youth sizes all run very small. Youth large fits a 9 year old girl. 3T fits an average 2 year old. 2/11/15 update - 2 items still haven't shipped. That's 4 months. And they already charged me in full. And haven't credited me for the belovesies I returned a month ago. Giant disappointment - especially for the 8 kids I was shopping for. Would not be surprised to hear they go bankrupt. If they only ran their business as well as they run their website.

This website has some cool looking clothing/socks/etc but do not be fooled. Stay away from this site, placed and order and the estimated time for it to be manufactured and shipped out to my house was 2 weeks. It has been over two months and I am yet to receive anything I ordered. The worst part is that there is no phone number to contact these scumbags who I feel scammed me out of my money. I sent out multiple emails because that is the only contact information they have provided and I have received one response in a month a half stating that production is taking longer than expected. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE, IT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER BEEN INVOLVED WITH!!!

I bought several shirts from Beloved back in May. Didn't reveive my items until July and one of my shirt was missing from my order. Several weeks later the customer service people inform me that my shirt is still coming in the mail. A couple more weeks ontop of that and I email them to tell them I don't want the shirt anymore since its been about 4 months since I ordered it. At least they credited back my account the next day. I'm never ordering from this company again.
