I knew when I purchased through this website that it would come from the US. The site stated it shipped to Canada. After three weeks I had not received my product so I contacted the company to be told they were so busy they were behind on shipping. I stated this was a Christmas gift and if they could not ship in a timely matter they should notify the purchaser. They apologized...but really didn't say much more. My product came 31 days after ordering. Needless to say it was after Christmas.....and I was extremely surprised to find out I had to pay another $25 for shipping and duty....after I paid the company directly for shipping. Again, had this information been provided up front I would have been prepared. I am not likely to order again from here.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas. (She has a Beloved wolf sweatshirt from last year that she loves). She asked for Aurora skies, and that's what I ordered. After a long wait for arrival (I kind of expected that since I already know you are notorious for slow delivery), we received Aurora glow instead. I contacted Beloved and was told to send it back, and that there is no exchange, I would just have to order again to get the product I wanted. I had to ask for a return shipping label, not sure if I was actually expected to pay for shipping ? Status.... shirt was sent back, waiting for refund, new shirt was ordered, waiting for shirt. Overall, very cool product! Love what you're doing and your originality! Don't love your slow shipping and lackluster customer service!

I love the product and it is made very well, except it takes a long time to receive it. Why? It is worth the wait.

We bought a hoodie with a galaxy image imprinted on it for my teen's birthday. He is happy with it and gets teen compliments. He did complain that it was pilling where the shirt rubs against his backpack.

I ordered a ready to ship shirt on December 15 and never got it. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back and I never heard from Beloved. I have ordered things from them in the past and loved them. This was a huge disappointment. He would have probably loved the shirt.

Ordered sweatshirt from "ready to ship" category specifically since it was to be a Christmas gift. Order placed on 12/6 but not delivered until 1/4. Had I known it would take that long I would have found another gift.

First of all I love the products. Makes me look original here in Holland! One little comment though... Beloved says on the website 'Made to order, ships 1-2 weeks' In my experience this promise is not kept most of the time. I ordered 27-11-15 and one item was shipped 8-1-16. Still great stuff.
