I paid for FedEx shipping, and the package still came from USPS. A little disappointing there.

Huge selection, sizes were appropiate no shrinking. Probably some of my favourite tshirts by far, definitely worth the price and I mean come on... who doesnt want a super hi def tshirt of Cinnamon toast crunch? Only thing I will say is ALWAYS hang to dry or else they get all pilly and crappy. Other than that though Id suggest these too anyone

I placed a custom order on November 18, which allowed for enough time to arrive for Christmas even with the 14 business day wait to make the order and any additional time for shipping. They responded quickly prior to the order and when I emailed them the high resolution image. After the expected time frame had passed, I emailed them about 3 times and finally got a response around December 16 telling me that it would ship within the week. It didn't. And then on December 21 I got the email about the delays. It is coming up on 2 months now that I have not received my order. I have emailed them and left a message through the website several times since and have not received a response either. Now, I was very empathetic initially, as I'm somewhat familiar with the industry and understand how crazy things can get especially around the holidays. However, that is why I placed my order so far in advance. And even with being swamped with emails, someone should have responded by now.

In general, I'm satisfied with my experience with Beloved. I ordered a shirt and it came as promised without problems. Afterwards, I sent a message asking if they ever planned to offer athletic fit shirts, as my shirt was a little big on me even though the size was "Small". I never got a response. It would have been nice to get a response.

The galaxy hoodie I ordered came in a timely manner, was undamaged, and the material was good.

I placed my order on Dec. 7th and did not receive my full order until January! The site says allow 7-14 days...I emailed with questions and concerns two times and never heard anything back. One of the items I ordered is already falling apart. Horrible experience.

I ordered a pizza blanket that is made to order for christmas gift or maybe a new year's gft if not deliverd on december 25th. After over a month i emailed them asking my product's whereabouts, i havent got any response from them. Even a tracking number isnt provided. Even an early notice about the delays and whatsoever isnt declared. Wow very nice beloved. I will try to contact my credit card compant if i can cancel my payments. Such a huge dissapointment. Will never try to order ever again

They got some cool, stylish sweaters and designs. But the only thing I'm not feeling about this clothing website is the prices. They're way too high and that's just why I gave them 4 stars only. Hopefully one day they'll have a better consideration for customers like myself that enjoy their products and cut some of those prices a bit.
