The site is easy to navigate, the wares are all good looking, and adding items to cart is easy peasy lemon squeezy Customer support was great when I needed it, and other informational emails(such as the Holidays delay) was good to receive. I think the "about" section should be placed on the top of the page, along with the other menus so new customers can get to know more before they make a purchase. Things are a little pricey, but then again it's all made-to-order. The shipping seems to take ages(not counting the Holidays delay) but that might have more to do with my country's otherwise slow postal services. Despite that, the clothes are highly durable and high quality so it's worth the wait!

Production times are extremely long, communication regarding order status inexistent, printing is good but fabrics are synthetic and awful, cuts are unflattering; customer service is awful: emails are not returned and return requests via the website are ignored.

Beloved shirts has really creative and unique items for sale. When I made my first purchase I was put off by the price, everything just seemed so expensive! I got a shirt for my boyfriends birthday, I made my order but needed it rushed so I sent them an email and they made it happen! Customer service with them is A+! They're really friendly and quick to respond and help out, very personable which I loved. And when the shirt ordered arrived I was surprised by the great quality of it! Suddenly the prices for their clothing made a lot more sense although its still pretty steep in my opinion. My boyfriend loves the shirt and I've been wanting to get something for myself but unfortunately Beloved is a little out of my price range. You truly get what you pay for with them though. I'm beyond satisfied with this brand and love their unique and funny apparel. Keep up the great work guys!

They have good golden products, a little out of my price range, but the heads always turn when you got a Beloved T on your chest/breast.

I ordered 3 sweaters, one for myself and for each of my daughters also one. The sweaters for my girls appeared way too small (2 sizes!) although I ordered the size according to their age. Why is there no size table for kids? So I return those sweaters and it appeared Beloved gave me the wrong address, so my package will be returned to me. Sending back the sweaters to Beloved costed me 24 Euro shipping costs ($26). And on every mail I send, I don't get any answer. I feel totally ignored. Today, January 18, Beloved refunded my order, so thank you for that!

I had my eye on the unicorn spew hoodie for months. As soon as I was able to afford, I treated myself but really wish I hadn't. The description said the design continued over the entire garment, sleeves and all, except it didn't - the sleeves didn't line up and this ruined the whole effect. And it wasn't just slightly off, it wasn't anywhere near. Also the quality of the garment was very disappointing. You pay that much for a hoodie, you don't want something that will bobble the second time you wear it. The fabric is thin and shiny and just looks horribly cheap. The only positive thing I have to say is the design is brilliant. It was just very poorly executed and I feel ripped off.

As in the title said, perfect service and awesome quality! You really get good clothes for your money!

I got a cool sweater, and the print is very nice. The quality of the textile is not as nice: very thin and synthetic. This was a bit dissapointing, but ok
