I ordered a sweatshirt in early December for a Christmas gift, and two weeks later it came up as "confirmed" but not shipped or anything along those lines. I emailed the customer support and they got back with me fairly quickly and explained the situation. The situation sucked, but the customer service was a big help, and the sweatshirt came in the mail not long after.

On my last order, I bought a pocket t-shirt, a t-shirt and a blanket. They shipped the t-shirt and the blanket first. The pocket one was sent a few days later. I understand that they ship the items as soon as possible, but I ended up paying twice the amount on duties and taxes. The product and the shipping fees are expensive enough. It also take a long time to receive it, but it's acceptable (I ordered on black friday, so I knew it would take a lot of time before my order would be ready). The quality of the product is great! Also, they shipped the pocket t-shirt twice, even though I only bought one. I just got the other one today. I'm keeping it tho. 👀

Beloved Shirts has the coolest designs in the world, but are just way too expensive. And the things that i have ordered have always gotten here about two or three months to get here. But your sails are amazing. Overall if you were to lower the prices just by ten or twenty dollars, the long shipping would make me angry.

Isabella, Thank you for your review on Trust Pilot. I want you to know we value our customer's satisfaction and experience. I am sorry that it has taken so long in the past to receive your order. We have taken steps to improve our fulfillment time. I have taken look at couple o your recent orders. It looks like most recently you ordered a iPhone Case and the Weekend Shorts. It looks like your iPhone Case was ordered on October 6th and delivered to you on October 15th. I understand the Weekend Shorts was ordered on July 18th and delivered on August 1st. All Beloved goods are made to order and there is a crafting period (usually 7 days) to be considered. Could you help me understand what orders took two or three months to be delivered?

I went to order one sweater for a birthday gift but after perusing the site I ended up ordering one for myself as well. Both the sweaters came in with beautiful detail and a great fit. I will be ordering again and soon.

Oh, the hoodie I ordered is cute. However: I was ordering for a Christmas present. Beloved emailed they'd be late, and said "we understand if you'd like to cancel". So I sent two emails canceling the order. A couple weeks later (after Christmas) they sent me the ($75) hoodie anyway! Now I have to ship it back and argue about shipping costs, etc. It would be much better if they simply read their emails, and canceled the order as I requested.

William, I am terribly sorry about this experience. I want you to know we are not the kind of people to ignore your email on purpose. We have been backed up on emails and have been doing our best to respond to all inquiries. I have emailed you a pre-paid return label in which you can use to return the item to us and we will refund you upon receiving your return.

The astronaut sweatshirt is great! The only negative is the slight delay, it took a long time for my sweatshirt to ship even though it said two weeks. I also have a suggestion, if we could pick the flag on the astronaut sweatshirt, it would be cool!

Love the product but I really wish you guys could put your logo "Beloved" not dead center. Maybe on the sleeve and way smaller.
