I have made a few orders with Beloved clothing site. I love the designs and ideas behind many of their products. But it takes a month, or longer sometimes, to actually get your items. I recommend them, but note that it takes a long while to get your items.

The product is in high demand! Especially during holiday seasons. However, there was little contact about the status of the order. Additionally, when I asked about where my order was and gave the order number in the email, I was responded with an email asking for the order information. I had a hard time reaching anyone at the company and since they do not have a phone number you really have to rely on the email communication. Which was lacking. The product I received was incredible. It was amazing and well designed. Looks great quality and well made. It just took several weeks to receive and a lot of stress on the consumers part.

I ordered 1 "Records Tee" on 12/7/15 for my brother as a xmas gift. I emailed Matt on the 21st for an update on tracking info. It took 10 days for a response but he apologed for the delay and said it will be sent out that week. Nbd. I emailed him again on 1/12/16 asking for a full refund and to forget about the shirt. It has now been almost 7 weeks since ordering and 22 days since any I have received any feedback from a sole. I still have the charge to my account. Can anyone help? **I do not have an order# sorry but I never received any type of confirmation email/tracking info** Will any other info help you pinpoint my order?

I ordered my hoodie around December 2nd and it just now got to my doorstep today. I was probably as excited as I've ever been, just to be disappointed. Got the hoodie, but it ran REALLY small. Outrageous. However, the person I spoke with over Facebook was very nice and helpful.

The product is good quality and worth what i payed, the shipping time was good as well.

Terrible customer service...We placed a large order and paid for it in November. It's now the end of January and still waiting on more then half the order. No one to call and find out what is happening... Only an email approximately every 3-4 weeks-if I'm lucky...

I purchased a Pizza Holiday sweater on black Friday. That was my first and last purchase from Beloved. 1. Cost: Even with the black Friday discount, CAD + duty meant the sweater cost $90 CAD. So not worth it! 2. Delivery: Ordered November 27th. Arrived January 5th. So much for wearing it this holiday. 3. They sent the wrong item!!! Ordered the holiday pizza sweater, received the solid pizza sweater. 4. Customer service: I emailed on January 5th when it arrived (sent pics as proof) and again on January 18th. Still no response. If I could rate them less than one star, I would.

Never received item or a refund. Poor customer service. Total let down. Would recommend NOT buying from here.
