I waited about three weeks before I got my order, which I was aware of, and when it finally came in it was the wrong size. The shirt was a great quality and would have been very happy with it if it had been the correct size. The exchange process seems like a hassle, so make sure you try to get what you want. Again, love the shirt, just bummed my order was messed up and there's not a convenient way to get it corrected.

My kids are obsessed with beloved. These prints will blow your mind! I've had no problems with quality or the fit. They can be slow around the holidays when it comes to delivery but the order I placed just a week ago already arrived - 5 day turnaround :) Give them a shot. The seem to be on top of it now

My boyfriend and I decided to order sweaters for each other for Christmas. I picked out one and he picked out two he liked. We ordered them during the Black Friday sale in November 2015. We received an email just before Christmas saying the order was not going to be ready in time for Christmas Day. That was fine. The first week of January we still had not received our sweaters. My boyfriend sent one email to the customer service address. No response. I sent an email and again no response. I proceeded to send A second email the following week and again, no response. I finally sent an email demanding a response within 48 hours or we would call the credit card company and have the issue investigated because we felt we had been robbed. Once again, no response. We called the credit card company who launched an investigation but were told it could take a few months for the money to go back into the account. At this point we were so disgusted with the service we had just given up and would wait for our money back. Finally, the first week of February we received and email saying our product was on route to our address. When the product arrived there was an addition $40 fee for duty. WHY WASNT THIS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE? if you're a company shipping internationally why are you not considering this additional cost. Our sweaters have now come to a total just short of $300. And guess what? Still no response from the "customer service." No matter the quality of the sweaters we will NEVER make this mistake and order from here ever again.

I said before I never received my order, and never been refunded. However, I talked with Ben who works in custom support and he told me that Matt was trying to refund me but it didn't work because of their software security, attaching a screenshot of the attempt. After a few days, I finally got refunded. You have to "push" a little bit to get an answer from them, but they'll do their best to answer your request once they get in touch with you.

Ordered something that took 2 months to arrive... Had to write to them 3 times to get a feedback. When I received it, I didn't receive a t-shirt, I received a post bill saying that I had to pay for duties. Its sucks when you have to pay 65$ for a t-shirt when you could have make it yourself for 15$... I wrote to them to tell them how disappointed I was and I never had a reply. Customer service is really important but it doesn't look like they care about it. I never had that problem with other t-shirt website.

My experience was good but my daughters was not. She's been waiting for 2 months for her order of 2 pizza pants to be fulfilled, which it still has not as of yet. My order was completed as expected.
