Ordered at the end of December and still have not received on January 20th and they are asking for a review. Huh....

Ordered a shirt with 3 day shipping. Shirt took 8 days to get to me after the package was received by the parcel service... Contacted customer service and said I was SOL... Contacted again and same story... Will NEVER buy from this place again. Shirt quality sucked too... Overall terrible experience.

I ordered my sweater on Black Friday, and my order took a lot longer than I expected. I knew mine would take two weeks before it was sent out, because that's what it said on the site; they were made to order if not in stock. I also figured that they were getting an influx of orders from the big sale, so it wasn't a big shock to me that is was taking awhile. My sweater in particular was a Christmas themed sweater, and when I contacted them via twitter, they were very helpful and nice and always responded to me quickly. Even when they said they had to check into it for me, they would respond back on their own without me reminding them. They also made sure that it would be here before Christmas! I definitely plan on ordering from them again in the future!

How about you guys answer your customer service email account instead of responding to online reviews? I placed an order over a month ago which has still not shipped (#63575, if you're curious), and you have yet to answer either of my emails to your info email account, which appears to be your only point of contact (seriously, no phone number??). And yet you have time to answer reviews within an hour on a third party website. What gives?

Had ordered several times in the past and planned to continue. Ordered two small items for Christmas, only one of which was in the envelope. I emailed several times over the subsequent few weeks with no response. About halfway through January I received a terse reply that the missing item was being re-sent to my location, but I've yet to see this arrive. I've always been happy with Beloveds products, but don't think I'll ever be able to order from them again.

I loved the first few sweatshirts I bought from this website. However, as I continued to buy more in the same size & style, the fit & material significantly changed. I would get one that fit & one that wouldn't, even though they were both the same size. I asked for an explanation, never received a reply. Had to mention them on twitter before they even acknowledged me about a month later. Never got an answer to the question I was looking for. I stopped ordering from them due to the horrible customer service. I would not suggest buying from them. You can buy the same kind of sweaters for cheaper on other websites.

I was pleased to receive the item that I had ordered. I can't remember how long it took to arrive, but it certainly wasn't long. The hoodie I received was exactly what I had hoped it would be: A hoodie. Washes great, and is pretty durable. Expensive, but worth it.

Great quality, fast delivery. Even got cool stickers for free. Products aren't made in 3rd world countries. Love it.
