The quality and speed of delivery was quite amazing, I live in Europe and thought I would have to wait about 1 month.. After two weeks my beloved hoodie arrived - your service is realy amazing!

I think the short looks awesome. I do wish the speed of my order was completed faster, but I understand that custom works takes time. Thanks again for your service, people have been giving me compliments and asked where I got this shirt.

My sweater I ordered came 2 months after I ordered it. I got mad because I was emailing Zac back and forth but it took forever to send me a tracking number. I am very disappointed.

Samantha! I am sorry for how long it took. Back in December we were still catching up from the influx of holiday orders we received. We won't let that happen again. I promise your next order from Beloved won't take that long. Hope you can give us another chance!

Me and a friend ordered at roughly the same time. We got a message saying our shirts would be shipped within 2 weeks. He got his order after about 3 weeks, and since I hadn't gotten any delivery information I contacted Beloved shirts. They said they were sorry for the inconvenience and said it would be shipped within the week. The next week it still hadn't been shipped, so I contacted them again. This time I was informed that it would be shipped WITHIN A COUPLE OF WEEKS. The reason I ordered these 2 shirts was that I wanted them before I went away for 1,5 months. That was 45+ days before I left, and I am now 10000 kms from home and they still haven't arrived after 2 months. The customer service was polite, but the 10 dollar discount I was offered on my next purchase doesn't nearly make up for this horrible experience.

William, thank you for your honest review. It must be frustrating. In customer service we give timelines that we are given by our manufacturer. It is never to lead on or deceive our customers. And through December and January it was a hard time for our company and our manufacturer. We will make sure this kind of mess never happens again, and hope you can give us another shot.

I got mostly good quality products both times I ordered but Both orders took about two months to arrive from the time I ordered them. Also one of the T-shirts was very low resolution and is hard to tell what it is up close.

Eric, thank you for your review. It would be helpful to know which shirt had poor resolution so we can note this to our manufacturer. We are back on our normal turnaround so next time you order from us it shouldnt take nearly as long!

I really enjoyed ordering from this website. Actually ordering the hoodie was really simple and I liked being able to talk to the company through Facebook messenger. The sizing runs a bit small but if you fit in between sizes usually everything fits ok. I bought the hoodie as a Valentine's Day present and was a bit annoyed by how long it took to ship as the package seemed to stay in some places longer than necessary, but that wasn't really the companies fault. My boyfriend absolutely adored the hoodie and has worn it almost every day since I gave it to him. Definitely would order something again!
