I ordered a custom belovsie on Jan 12. I knew a couple people who had ordered them and was excited to get one of my boss to use in podcasts at work. I got a picture of him, adjusted it to fit the item, and paid $170 for it. There was a comment box where they asked for any instructions. I wrote in that box to please contact me if the photo wasn't high definition enough or if there would be any issues. I also had the image on the front, and a different graphic on the back. Over a month went by and until I posted twice on a couple of their Instagram posts, I didn't hear anything back. The response I finally got was that my order would be shipping the next day. It did, and I received it a few days later. When I pulled it out, it was a very poor image (no contact advising to submit another one) and the image on the back was a duplicate of what was on the front (not the graphic I submit). it was the correct size, they did print what I submit, and the order processed quickly once I got in touch with someone, hence two stars instead of one. I would expect for communication and advice on the graphic for $170. The item isn't usable. I'll still be reaching out to see if they will rectify the issue. I'll edit my review if it's resolved effectively.

I love my onesie, and I know it was custom but it took 2 months to arrive from the day I ordered it, and I thought that was extremely excessive especially after getting a message a month ago that it would ship that week. Other than that. I am so happy with it :)

Ordered Unicorn Vomit Hoodie. Soft feel, thick weight, printing looks great, not cheap looking at all! Will be shopping with these guys again.

I appreciate that there are shops that sell such creative and unique stuff. Where else could I get a Mac&Cheese sweatshirt and it Be the perfect gift. Thanks so much!!!

My primary issue with Beloved Shirts is their lack of transparency and communication. Their website clearly states that custom products will take 14 days to produce. They also encourage you to contact them directly with directions for your product. But they don't respond to customer questions, and they don't create your product in 2 weeks. And while they're not responding to your questions and being tardy with your expensive order, they still pepper you with promotional emails. They'll only respond if you bash them on Twitter or send a request for a refund. Then your product is magically produced and shipped. I don't know what's going on with you, Beloved, but you need to get your act together. I'd be a much more content customer if you'd simply stated from the start that custom products take a long time.

i never even got to hold the item i ordered because there was a c.o.d. on my package. i payed around 50 bucks for the item and almost the same amount for shipping. then a surprise 30 bucks to top it. 100+ is far to much to pay just for a sweater. don't you think?

Paid for speedy shipping and it is 2 weeks late. I wrote them and I still have not heard back from them. Can't say I like the product because I still haven't received it.
