I placed two orders for "ready to ship" items on 12/18/15. These orders were delivered 2/13/16 and 2/17/16. This is totally unacceptable for items that were ready to leave their facility. All communication was initiated by me and took multiple follow-ups to get answers. After I asked to cancel for a refund, customer service offered to refund a % off. The refund was processed the same day. I give them two stars because they tried to compensate for their lack of customer service. The items are good, but not worth all of the hassle.

Your website is very easy to use, but that was the only easy part of the process have receiving my item. I ordered my item in the middle of December and just relieved it yesterday, February 19th. I tried numerous times to email your customer services email, because you do not have a phone number for some reason and recorded no response. I had to resort to social media to even get ahold of anyone. And whomever I was communicating with told me my item would send out that week, it never did. Then it turned into the week after. And finally after a month of exchanging messages I finally recieved my item. I understand that this is a small business, but this was pretty ridiculous. I will not order from you again.

Really nice clothes.

It took 4 months for me to receive my leggings. When contacting customer services, it took weeks / months to hear back and on my last mails, I never heard from anyone. Really disappointing!

The sweatshirt was great quality. However, the sizes run extremely small. I knew this prior to ordering, but I had to order my (normally) size Large boyfriend a XXL. I was well aware that the delivery might take a few weeks since these are made-to-order hoodies, but once the delivery had left Belovedshirts.com, the the delivery updates I got were confusing and I didn't know when to expect my package until I received a notification it arrived.

My friend sent the Fried Chicken notebook and I love it! All my co-workers are jealous of my notebook. Great gift.

Wonderful Shirts! Great Service! My only teeny little complaint is that the sizes run big. You need an Extra Small guys. Other than that you're awesome!

My sweatshirt was shipped until I inquired what was taking so long. The sweatshirt does not look like what I ordered. I will be returning it.
