You initially made your order on Nov. 23rd, Saturday. We start the production of your order the next business day which is Nov 25th. It takes an estimated 10-business days to complete as all items are made-to-order. Then, we delivery based on your chosen shipping method: FREE Standard Shipping (10-20 business days). Today is the 14th business day under your chosen shipping method and the courier advised us that it's currently in-transit with an expected delivery date of December 26th by 8PM which means we are still within our provided lead time for your order to arrive. I apologize, sincerely, as it seems you missed our notice regarding the item production and shipping lead time which are both noted on the item description as well as the email we sent when we confirmed your order. Hi Logan! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I was able to check and investigate your order and the shipping status. Initially, you made your purchase on the 19th of November. A day after you made this, we count an estimated 10-business days to craft. This information is also noted on both the item description and the email confirmation when you successfully made your purchase. After the production is done, we then proceed with shipping the item within the duration of your chosen shipping method: 9-14 business days. As of this moment, we are on the 10th day of shipping your order. USPS already updated information regarding your order and it's expected to arrive on 19th of December which is still within the estimated shipping period you paid extra for. Still, we apologize for any inconvenience. The time that we forward your order to the courier we are blind and no control on the timely information they release. Hi Martin! I am really sorry for the experience you had to go through. It seems that you have been missing all our messages in the first place. I have investigated your order and I found that after you ordered your custom design items on the 24th of October, we also sent you a mock-up design for your approval on both items later that day. We then sent you multiple emails without receiving response on the following dates: November 4th and finally, on the 21st which marks our 14-days policy, where in, we informed you that we will go ahead with crafting your order. We only heard from you on December 4th, the first time you tried to check on your order. I personally replied to your email on the same day, informing you that your order is already in production and sent you mock-up designs on what you may expect to arrive. Then you contacted us again on December 12th at around midnight which took us a few hours to response. I hope this made things clearer that we have no intention not to respond or delay getting you information you need for your order. There are also times when some emails direct our messages to spam and I assume that's what happened here. Again, please let me extend our sincerest apologies for what have happened and we thank you for allowing us to make things right for you through our [email protected] email.
