Belle FlameReviews of belleflame.com

I needed an exterior siding vent kit to install my thru wall propane heater. Lionel worked to locate a vent kit and get it shipped off to me. My order was small, but Lionel treated me like a million dollar customer. Thank you Belle Flame for the excellent service.

I received my order very quickly. The customer service and sales team were outstanding and provided excellent service.

I was a bit hesitant at first given that I hadn’t heard of Belle Flame before and the price of my fireplace was so much cheaper than the competition, but I am so glad I went with them. There was so much good to say, I’m not sure where to start. My product was delivered quickly and in flawless condition. The price was almost $1000 less than the closest competitor. The shipping process to coordinate such a heavy shipment and get it into my garage was seamless. On top of everything else, the customer service was fantastic. The staff at Belle Flame answered all of my questions (and there were a lot..) quickly, and with a positive attitude. I don’t write many reviews, so me doing this is saying something. I would buy from them again and again. 10/10, could not have asked for better.

Great products - delivery slower than expected - but came through in the end.

Product worked great. Fire pit works. Exactly what I needed.

Great customer service! Product delivered as ordered. Lionel helped work through an issue with the shipper and was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. They could improve their website. I was not able to order more than 2 Items online and had to place my order over the phone

I had a few issues along the way with my order. First of all, the original item I ordered was on backorder from the manufacturer. There was nothing on the website nor any communication from them to indicate this until after I inquired about the time it was taking to ship the order. They did respond in a timely manner to my inquiry, but I think some type of notification would be better. Ultimately, I canceled the original order and placed a new order because the backorder was still pending after 3 months. Before placing the replacement order for a different model, I verified that they had what I wanted in stock and ready to ship. They were very helpful and responsive during this process and the new order shipped and arrived promptly in good condition. However, the refund for the original cancelled order took a month to process, which is a bit long in my opinion. Because of the time taken to process the refund, and the lack of proactive communication about the backorder in the first place, only 4 stars. And, 4 stars instead of a lower rating because they are responsive and helpful when you do need to contact them.

Item arrived on time as promised and communication was great. So thank you .
